Description
The Force, Pressure, & Area unit of RJG's Maths for Moulders guides students to use a formula triangle to calculate these critical factors of injection moulding processes. The resulting figures can help moulders understand their machines' capabilities, matching the right moulds with the right machines while avoiding part defects and mould or machine damage.
The lessons feature practical examples related to plastic injection moulding, opportunities for practice, and an assessment.
